We are grateful to have received many inquiries from overseas customers regarding reservations at our directly managed store, EVANS.
However, due to the specifications of our reservation system, access may not be available from certain countries, and time differences may sometimes make reservations difficult.

Therefore, if you are visiting from overseas and would like to make a reservation, please contact us directly at MIYOSHI RUG’s email address.
To help us arrange your visit smoothly, kindly provide the following information when contacting us:

・Your name
Preferred date and time of visit (please provide 2–3 options)
※Business hours: 11:00 – 17:00
・Number of visitors
・A copy of your flight ticket or other proof of travel

Please also note the following:
・Reservations can be made up to three months in advance. For dates beyond that, please contact us for arrangements.
・Reservations are limited, and we may not be able to accommodate your preferred schedule.
・Purchased items are not eligible for tax exemption.
・We do not offer overseas shipping.
